Therapy can be short term or long term. Many clients have short-term goals in counseling which typically takes 10-12 sessions to achieve.

 Some clients want to explore deeper, underlying problems they’ve experienced most of their lives. For these clients, they choose to enter into a longer term but still focused avenue of therapy.

My approach with each client is unique and always focuses on the client’s goals in counseling.


Self Esteem Counseling


Counseling for low self esteem is one of my specialties. But what is self esteem? Self esteem is a feeling of pride in yourself. It reflects a person’s overall emotional evaluation of his or her own self worth.

Working Through Depression


Together, we can work through your depression. When life’s difficulties and challenges become overwhelming, therapy can provide an expanded view of ways to deal with problems more effectively.

Therapy facilitates self-awareness which can expand your ability to work through life’s challenges and difficult feelings. Through the process of therapy, I help people identify obstacles that keep them from having what they want in life, create healthy boundaries and self-care practices, and experience relief from symptoms of depression, anxiety and low self-worth.
